The tranquility and familiarity emanating from the gentle hilly landscape are the same as those recalled in the paintings of the Divine Painter Pietro Vannucci, known as Perugino, who was Raphael's teacher. His tomb is located in the Church of the Annunziata, not far from our building, where you can find a fresco depicting the Virgin and Child. This painting presents the typical characteristics of Perugino's paintings: soft features, a non-observer gaze and the panorama of the Umbrian hills in the background.
